Alimentarte is Bogotá's annual food fair and if there's one thing that's become ridiculously apparent in my first month here, it's that this city loves to eat. Translated, literally, as "feed yourself," Alimentarte features comestibles from more than 200 vendors, including some of Colombia's top chefs.
